Package Deffinitions
We use terminology in our packages that other Videographers
might easily recognize and understand. Sometimes we get caught
up in that and don’t take the time to explain or define
what it is we might be trying to say.
Below is a helpful list of definitions to help you understand
our terminology that is mentioned in each of our packages.
- Wedding Highlights
This is a dramatic story with all the highlights of your
wedding day condensed into about ten minutes set to music.
Just perfect for sharing your wedding day with family
and friends.
- Pre-Ceremony
Pre-ceremony coverage will depend on the choices you make;
this can be tailored to your expectations and your budget.
Video received will include various images of the church,
guests, guest registry signing, decorations, photo sessions
and other activities before the ceremony.
- Ceremony
The ceremony, the moment that you have waited for is here!
From the time your parents are seated to the officiant’s
announcement of your marriage and you and your party leave,
will be professionally captured and preserved. The releasing
of guest after the wedding can also be included. All of
our packages come standard with 2 camera coverage of the
ceremony with wireless microphones located on the groom
and officiant. This is done to give you the best possible
sound and visual quality at no additional fee.
- Reception / Dance
We capture the introduction of the bride and groom along
with the wedding party. Your most memorable moments at
your reception will be captured and treasured by you.
These moments will include the cake cutting ceremony,
toasts, bouquet and garter toss, and the intimacy of your
first dance .
- Getting ready for our day
Highlights of the bride and/or the groom getting ready
for the wedding set to music. Many of the images captured
here will show the details of various stages of preparing
for the wedding, and recording of the intricacies of the
Brides and Grooms outfits.
- I Grew up...photos in motion
This photo montage will show both the bride and groom
growing up and your lives come together. This will be
set to music of your choice, and will include up to fifty
photos. The montage comes in two types. Either the standard
transitions, or the video style montage. Ask us about
projection equipment.
- DVD's
DVDs come in two flavors, both types come in the DVD-R
format, you will need to let us know if you should desire
DVD+R disks. The standard DVD that plays like a VCR tape
when inserted. The interactive DVD has chapters and will
function much like a Hollywood movie disk. Both styles
will have artwork on the disk and cover.
